Faith Baptist Academy

Faith Baptist Schools' Private School Satellite Program (PSP)

We are excited about the opportunity to serve the educational needs of the friends and family of Faith Baptist Church and Faith Baptist Schools.

Faith Baptist Schools has developed a ministry to families who choose to educate their children at home. This ministry is called Faith Baptist Academy. It allows a student to work under the supervision of a recognized school toward a non-accredited diploma from Faith Baptist Academy.

We believe that successful home schooling includes regular evaluation and accountability with others.  Curriculum progress review meetings will be arranged with Dana Steadman, the home school coordinator, at least two times yearly with each home school family. During these review meetings, each parent must present a portfolio for each child enrolled. Faith Baptist does NOT provide home school curriculum.

General information about the Faith Baptist Academy is listed below.

  • First Child (oldest sibling) = $175 Per Year

*If a student is interested in playing a particular sport, he will need to participate in the try-outs for that sport. A student MUST be enrolled in the Faith Baptist Academy to try-out for sports. A student may NOT be dually enrolled at any time in the Faith Baptist Academy and another home school PSP or ISP. There is no additional fee for participation in sports.

**Students enrolled in the Faith Baptist Academy must meet the Faith Baptist Schools' graduation requirements in order to earn a diploma from the Faith Baptist Academy and to participate in any of the graduation ceremonies.  It is required that all students entering ninth- and twelfth-grade meet with the college counselor before the start of school.
