Application Procedures
Applications and enrollment packets for the 2013-2014 school year will become available on Tuesday, January 22, 2013. Spaces are limited, are on a first come, first serve basis, and do fill up quickly. To request admission materials, please click here.
Three or Four Year Old Kindergarten
Students entering the three year old kindergarten must be three by September 1, 2013. Students entering the four year old kindergarten must be four by September 1, 2013. Additionally, all students must be fully potty trained by the first day of school.

2. Apply
Submit the application, $200 enrollment fee, and a SMART Tuition form to the Financial Office.
3. Acceptance
Once you submit your application, your child is automatically accepted for the 2013-2014 school year, provided that spots are available. Five Year Old Kindergarten
Students entering the five year old kindergarten must be five by October 1, 2013.

3. Testing
All entering K5 students must take and pass a simple, one hour entrance test. Once the application form is submitted to our school, your child will automatically be placed on our test list. To view a list of our test dates, please click here.
4. Acceptance

Grades 1-12

3. Testing

4. Good Recommendation
A good recommendation from your child's previous teacher or principal must be received prior to acceptance. Faith Baptist provides the recommendation form inside the enrollment packet.
5. Final Report Card
An acceptance, passing, full year's report card must be received prior to acceptance. A student with grades resulting in D's or F's or failing grades will not be accepted.6. Acceptance
Once your child takes and passes the entrance test, we receive a good recommendation, and an acceptable full year's report card, they will be accepted as a student.
